Hi-Purit™ C8 Phase , Irregural 40-63ums, 60A Flash Cartridges.
Stationary phase: C8 (octyl) bonded silica. That means silica particles whose surface has been modified with relatively “short” alkyl chains (8 carbons).
Particle size: irregular particles between about 40‑63 µm.
Phase type: reversed-phase (or at least part hydrophobic), because C8 is less hydrophobic than C18 but still gives reversed‑phase behaviour.
Usage: Flash chromatography (i.e. preparative separation / purification, not analytical).
